Thank you for your purchase of an RGC product.  We understand that sometimes things happen, and that you may need to cancel or return an order.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours for a full refund.  All order cancellations that occur more than 24 hours from the time of purchase are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  If an order has already shipped, you are responsible for any shipping charges and return shipping charges.  Once an order has been delivered, it will be handled as a return.  Please see our Return procedures below.

Returns

You may return an order within 30 days of purchase by requesting an SRO number. Returned product must be unused and in new condition.  An SRO number must be obtained from RGC prior to the return of product. Failure to do so will result in return item(s) becoming illegible for credit. The SRO number must be clearly referenced on the outside of all returned packages / items. Failure to follow procedure will automatically void the return authorization and prohibit processing of items for credit.

Refunds / Credits:

RGC will provide notification of receipt of returned goods. Items will be inspected and refund /credit issued upon approval. All items are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20%. RGC will not accept damaged goods without prior authorization.

 

Shipping:

Original shipping costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable. RGC is not responsible for any product damage due to return shipping of product. Freight claims for damage reimbursement with the carrier of returned goods are the responsibility of the shipper & not the consignee, RGC.

Freight Damage / Concealed Damage:

It is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect & verify the condition & contents of order upon receipt of delivery. Damage of any kind or items lost during transit must be noted on delivery receipt. Without appropriate documentation, RGC cannot file a claim and therefore, cannot replace product.

Do not refuse entire shipment – only refuse damaged portion of shipment. When possible, provide photos of damaged goods and / or packaging.

Freight companies are not liable for concealed damage. Therefore, a claim for reimbursement cannot be filed by RGC with the carrier. For assistance with concealed damage, please contact RGC immediately upon finding.

RGC is not responsible for damaged or lost items on shipments billed Collect or 3rd Party.

 

Missing Items / Short Shipments:

RGC must be notified of any non-freight related shortages / missing items from order within 10 business days of invoice for resolution.
